Obsessed with Mauve

Hey y'all! How has your week been? This week went by so slowly for me. I am so glad it's Friday! It is going to be the hottest weekend we've had in Eastern PA this weekend. I think I'll be spending a lot of time by the pool. Our apartment complex has a really nice pool so it's definitely a plus when it's a million degrees outside.

The look today is all about my mauve pants. I love distressed jeans, especially distressed jeans in different colors. Mauve is probably one of my favorite colors so these mauve distressed jeans were any easy choice. They're made of a soft, stretchy material that makes them so comfortable. Joey will put his hand on my leg and be like, "Wow these are soft!" I like them because a lot of neutral colored tops can go with them. I like this white peplum top and my denim jacket with them. the white is a stark contrast against the dark mauve and the denim jacket is safe because it's not denim on denim. I finished the look off with taupe sandals and a mauve lipstick to tie it all together. This was the perfect comfy and cute traveling outfit. I wore this on our road trip to Rehoboth for our mini-moon.
